What are your management fees?
Our fees are competitive for the local market and completely transparent. We’ll take you through the full fee structure upfront, so you know exactly what’s included and what your property management will cost.
How hard is it to switch from my current agency?
It’s simpler than you might think. Once the required notice has been provided to your current agent, we can coordinate the transfer of your property, including the tenancy documentation, records, keys and relevant information.
We’ll also introduce ourselves to your tenant and manage the transition with minimal disruption to you or the tenancy.
How often will I hear from you?
Regularly and proactively. You’ll receive routine inspection reports with photos, clear financial statements and direct communication from our team whenever something requires your attention.

How do you choose tenants for my property?
